Microdata on Spanish and Portuguese companies (iBACH)

  • BELab provides controlled access to iBACH microdata for Spanish and Portuguese companies. iBACH is based on data from BACH (Bank for the Accounts of Companies Harmonised). BACH is an aggregated and harmonised database compiled from the annual accounts of non-financial companies. It is managed by the ECCBSO (European Committee of Central Balance Sheet Data Offices).

     

 

  • SourceThe data for Spanish companies come from the mandatory deposit of annual accounts in the Mercantile Registries, on the basis of the Agreement signed between the Banco de España and CORPME. The data for Portuguese companies come from the annual data of their Central Balance Sheet Data Office, which obtains the information from Annex A of the IES (Simplified Business Information).
