Library

The Library specialises in economics, with collections of more than 340,000 printed volumes. It also offers access to numerous electronic journals and e-books, databases, specialised information portals, etc.

Its main users are employees of the Banco de España, but it is open to all citizens or institutions interested in its collections and services.

The Special Value Collection, comprising more than 16,000 items from the 15th-19th century, is an important part of the collection and of great interest as regards the study of economic history and law in Spain.
