This section is mainly for entities subject to supervision by the Banco de España and for the firms and professionals that have a relationship with the Bank. It contains all the regulations, guidelines and recommendations applicable to financial institutions and the financial information they are required to submit, as well as extensive information on payment systems and market infrastructures.
