Evaluation programme of the Council for Transparency and Good Governance

Under the Law on Transparency, the Council for Transparency and Good Governance is entrusted, among other functions, with evaluating the degree of application of the Law by different reporting parties. Each year it prepares a report setting out the results obtained from these evaluations, which it submits to Parliament.

The Council for Transparency and Good Governance has evaluated the Banco de España since 2017, and various reports have been issued focusing on the main obligations established by the Law on Transparency: the obligation of active disclosure (content published on transparency portals) and the management of the right of access to public information.
