Evaluation programme of the Council for Transparency and Good Governance

The Transparency Act entrusts the Council for Transparency and Good Governance, among other things, with the function of evaluating the degree of application of the Act by the different reporting parties. Each year it prepares a report that it submits to Parliament, in which it sets out the results obtained from these evaluations.

Since 2017, the Banco de España has been evaluated by the Council for Transparency and Good Governance and various reports have been issued focusing on the main obligations established by the Transparency Act: the obligation of active disclosure (content published on transparency portals) and the management of the right of access to public information.
