Agreements

This section includes, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8(1)(b) of the Transparency LawOpens in a new window, the following information (available only in Spanish):

  1. The list of the agreements signed by the Banco de España for the last two available exercises, mentioning the signatory parties, the purpose, the period of force and the agreed-upon economic obligations.
  2. The amendments, extensions and/or resolutions of the agreements.

The information published in this section is updated on a quarterly basis.
