All institutions supervised by Banco de España are obliged to have a Customer Care Department and, optionally, a Customer's Ombudsman, in accordance with the provisions of Orden ECO/734/2004, de 11 de marzo.
After verification, Banco de España publishes their names, contact details and, in the case of credit institutions, electronic money institutions and payment entities, it also publishes their regulations.
The accompanying application, only available in Spanish, enables you to consult the list of all the Customer Care Departments and Customer's Ombudsmen. If the position is vacant or pending verification, the field will appear as not appointed.
