External evaluation of supervision of banking client protection

This Evaluation —initiated in Q4 2022— comprises the critical review of the Banco de España's banking client protection supervision with a focus on strategy, governance, methodologies and processes used in this function, information sources and technological tools, as well as the analysis of the ex-ante and ex-post communication, and the impact of the supervisory measures adopted.
