Changes in funding indicators 3.20 and 3.21

The information on stocks of the loans granted to SMEs has been incorporated into column 13 of table 3.20, moving the previous columns 13 and 14.
Loans granted to sole proprietors in Table 3.21 of the funding indicators, on which the rate of change is given, now include transferred loans that have been derecognised from the monetary financial institutions balance sheets, but continue to be administered by them, and loans transferred to Sareb, in a homogenous manner, as had been done for other columns of the table.
