Change in the population base (2021 census)

As a result of the change in the population base (2021 census), all the series in tables 24.1 to 24.13 of the Statistical Bulletin and Table 1.1 of the Summary Indicators have been revised from 2021 onwards. The methodology used is that set out in Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2240. This methodological change has affected the availability of some of the series that were published in Table 24.10 “Unemployed by type of working day in the job sought and sex” of the Statistical Bulletin. Thus, the information included in this table has been changed, and the table has been renamed to 24.10 “Unemployed persons by time spent searching for a job and age group”.
