New memorandum item of total General Government deficit as a percentage of GDP by using accumulated flows of the last four quarters

In order to provide a variable which is commonly used in international comparisons, table 11.3, that shows the net lending (+) or net borrowing (-) by subsectors, has been modified to include a new column as memorandum item. This new column displays General Government deficit as a percentage of GDP mp by using accumulated flows of the last four quarters.
