Finalization of the process of inclusion of SIF in the perimeter of credit institutions

Tables 4.11, 4.32 and 4.A have been updated, with the inclusion of a new column in the latter with the total asset of the Systemic Investment Firms to be credit institutions. This completes the changes to this chapter as a consequence of considering these entities to be credit institutions (see notice https://www.bde.es/wbe/en/estadisticas/anuncios/novedad-ec-y-efc-y-ofis-diciembre-2022.html).

This update is used to eliminate table 4.0, which was last updated as of March 2017.
