La vigésimo quinta edición del European Summer Symposium in International Macroeconomics (ESSIM) tuvo lugar entre los días 23 a 26 de mayo de 2017 en Roda de Bará (Tarragona).
El simposio, organizado conjuntamente por el Banco de España y el Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), reunió a macroeconomistas de toda Europa y principales investigadores a nivel mundial.
La conferencia abordó temas del programa CEPR en las áreas de Economía Monetaria y Fluctuaciones, Dinero y Finanzas Internacionales, Macroeconomía y Crecimiento.
Como en ocasiones anteriores, el evento fomentó la colaboración entre jóvenes investigadores y economistas veteranos.
