Venture capital entities established as funds, that is, without legal personality.
Further information
Lacking legal personality, their management and representation will necessarily be the responsibility of a management company.
These entities are included in the ‘non-MMF investment funds’ subsector of the economy, S.124 in the sectorisation of the European System of Accounts 2010.
