Managing money on a day-to-day basis is not always easy. Sometimes it can be difficult to identify a charge on our bank account, decide whether it makes sense to pay for a purchase in instalments, or know what to do when we make a mistake when making a bank transfer.
To help us better understand these situations and make better decisions, the Banco de España’s Bank Customer Portal has launched “Así sí cuenta”, a new fiction podcast about banking products and services. In each episode, Elena, Marcos and Sara face everyday situations involving money and banking that could happen to any of us.
Through their conversations, questions and different points of view, the podcast explains these topics in a simple and accessible way, helping us understand banking matters without using technical jargon.
