Gross national product

Definition

Value of the final goods and services produced by the production factors of an economic territory within a period of time, regardless of whether these factors are inside or outside that territory.

he difference with the gross domestic product (GDP) is that the latter takes into account the production within a given territory generated by both national and foreign production factors.
