Performance of the public task vested in Banco de España in relation to resolution of financial institutions
Legal basis
Performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller pursuant to:
- Law 11/2015, of 18 June, on the recuperation and resolution of credit institutions and investment services companies.
- Regulation (EU) 806/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 15 July 2014, establishing uniform rules and a uniform procedure for the resolution of credit institutions and certain investment firms in the framework of a Single Resolution Mechanism and a Single Resolution Fund

- Identification data: Name, surname, signature and electronic signature
- Contact data: Phone number and e-mail
- Professional and academic data: Professional position
Retention period
Personal data shall be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to allocate any liability arising from said purpose and from the processing of the data.

Security measures provided for in Annex II of Royal Decree 3/2020, of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration.
