Financial Education Plan (Finance for All)

Purpose

With regard to the data of participants in the activities of the Financial Education Plan (FEP):

  • Conduct evaluations of the School Financial Education Programme by schools, as well as gather the opinions of teachers involved in the Programme with the aim of expanding materials and resources. In this regard, conduct surveys on financial literacy to identify areas of knowledge that could be reinforced in order to establish the basis on which to measure the effectiveness of the financial education programmes.
  • Manage the requests made by the User for the various financial education training courses, school programmes and competitions.
  • Manage the subscription to the Financial Education Plan newsletter and subsequent forwarding of the same.
  • Manage requests for contact with the Bank of Spain, CNMV and MAETD within the scope of the Financial Education Plan through the channels provided for this purpose.
  • Produce and publish videos and/or photographs of the activities of the FEP for dissemination purposes.

With regard to the data of the contact persons of the FEP's collaborating entities:

  • Coordinate the collaboration between the agents participating in the FEP, study and promote the incorporation of new collaborators; and
  • Processing, evaluating and disseminating of candidatures submitted to "Finance for All Awards".

With regard to the data obtained through cookies installed in “finanzasparatodos.es” website:

  • The purpose of technical cookies is to establish levels of protection and security that prevent or hinder cyber-attacks.
  • The purpose of analytical cookies is to obtain usage metrics and analyse how users interact with the contents of the website in order to make improvements to said contents.

Legal basis

Consent of the participants in the FEF, as well as of the users of the "finanzasparatodos.es" website, of those interested in receiving the newsletter or who submit contact requests for the reported purposes.

Performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller pursuant to Law 13/1994, of 1 June, on the Autonomy of Banco de España, in relation to the processing of contact details of representatives and contact persons of the FEP’s collaborating entities.

  • Identification data: Name, surname, ID number

  • Professional and academic data: Education background, position held, institution served
  • Economic and financial data: Account number.
  • Technological data: IP address, logs, etc.
  • Data on vulnerable subjects: Data on children under 14 years of age, disabled persons, persons accessing social services
  • Others: Image and/or voice of students, teachers and other participants in FEP activities

Retention period

Personal data shall be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to allocate any liability arising from said purpose and from the processing of the data.

Security measures

Security measures provided for in Annex II of Royal Decree 3/2020, of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration.
