Legal basis
Compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject pursuant to Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the legal system of public sector
Categories of data subjects
- Signatories
- Legal representatives and contact persons of the parties
- Natural persons whose personal data are included in the agreements because they are necessary for their execution
Categories of personal data
- Identification data: Name, surname and NIF or equivalent.
- Professional and academic data: Training, position held, organisation to which he/she belongs and postal address.
- Personal data: Nationality, data associated with the powers of representation.
Retention period
Personal data shall be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to allocate any liability arising from said purpose and from the processing of the data.
Security measures
Security measures provided for in Annex II of Royal Decree 3/2020, of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration.

International transfer of data
International transfers of the personal data of signatories and other contact persons are carried out when one of the parties to the agreement or arrangement is located outside the European Economic Area, under the exception provided for in Article 49(1)(d) of the GDPR, because the international transfer of data is ad hoc and necessary for reasons of substantial public interest.
