In accordance with the provisions of Article 8(1)(b) of the Transparency Law, this section provides details of the agreements signed by the Banco de España since 2 October 2016 (the date on which Law 40/2015 of 1 October 2015 on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector entered into force), as well as any amendments and extensions to them, including the signatory parties, purpose, term and financial obligations assumed.
