Following the recent decision of the ECB’s Governing Council to move forward to the next phase of the project, the event will address the milestones achieved so far and communicate the key aspects of the roadmap foreseen by the Eurosystem for the coming years, as well as the latest developments in the legislative process. The event includes sessions with representatives from Banco de España, the European Central Bank, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise, as well as from the national payments market industry. Among the topics to be covered, there will be a roundtable discussion on the challenges and opportunities of the digital euro.
