The Banco de will host the high-level international conference ‘Water and financial stability: moving from risks to resilience’ at its headquarters in Madrid. The event is organised in collaboration with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the Network of Central Banks and Supervisors for the Greening of the Financial System (NGFS) and CDP. The meeting forms part of the work of the OECD Roundtable on Water Finance and will focus on analysing the macroeconomic and financial risks arising from water scarcity, variability and quality.

The Deputy Governor of the Banco de España, Soledad Núñez, will open the conference.
