Modification of the Summary Table of Indicators of the Spanish Economy

In order to keep the information on Spain’s general economic indicators (table 1.1 Summary of Indicators) as up-to-date and relevant as possible, the following changes have been made:

Removal of Discontinued Indicators

Due to the discontinuation of their compilation, the indicator for the availability of consumer goods and the indicator for the availability of capital goods are removed.

Inclusion of Annual Data

Annual data are added for the following indicators, which until now only provided quarterly and/or monthly information:

• Inventories: CNTR
• In foreign trade of goods and services:
  • Foreign travelers staying in hotels
  • Overnight stays by foreigners
