- Finance for All: Finance for All is the flagship initiative, and reference website, of the Financial Education Plan. The Financial Education Plan is an initiative of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the Banco de España and the Ministry of the Economy, Trade and Business. It aims to improve the public’s financial literacy, by providing them with the basic knowledge and the tools they need to manage their finances in a responsible and informed manner.
