The evaluation will assess how and to what extent the Banco de España can integrate climate and environmental objectives into its activities within its institutional mission, while improving the effectiveness and efficiency of its initiatives. It will review the governance model, resources, and staff dedicated to these areas, as well as the effectiveness of internal and external coordination and the communication and awareness strategy. Additionally, it will define high-level strategic principles to guide the ESG Office in developing an institutional strategy for climate and environmental matters.
