What is Mi CarpetaBE?
Mi CarpetaBE is a new Banco de España application that provides citizens with a personal digital space where they can consult information stemming from their interactions with the Bank.
What information is available?
Mi CarpetaBE currently allows users to easily consult:
- electronic notifications and communications from the Bank;
- documents submitted through the Electronic Register;
- authenticity verification for electronic documents using the Secure Verification Code (Código Seguro de Verificación, or CSV, in Spanish).
How can Mi CarpetaBE be accessed?
Users can access Mi CarpetaBE by clicking the icon that appears on the electronic services website and here in the Information Desk section.
Digital identification is needed to log into Mi CarpetaBE, to safeguard the security, confidentiality and integrity of the information consulted. This ensures that access to the data is secure and in accordance with prevailing regulations.
To log into Mi CarpetaBE, users must identify themselves through one of the authentication systems accepted by the Banco de España:
- With any of the accepted electronic certificates
, (not considered the computer components electronic certificates), provided they have not expired or been revoked by the issuing certification authority. - Through Cl@ve:, the central government system that provides citizens with a single channel for electronic access to public services.
