Sustainable Financial Development. The Road Ahead

On Friday 28 October, the Banco de España and the World Bank co-organized the one-day conference “Sustainable Financial Development: the Road Ahead”. The Conference was an opportunity to discuss the challenges ahead for the financial sector from the advanced and emerging market perspectives, and how will the interaction between both be shaped in the new international financial landscape. In the first part, the World Bank advanced the results of its upcoming flagship paper on Financial Development in Latin America and the Caribbean. The second part was a round table about regulatory challenges in this new landscape.
