New dataset available for researchers: Microdata on the Real State Registry Statistics (PROP) 2013-2025.

The research community can now access the microdata from the Real Estate Registry Statistics through BELab

The Spanish Association of Property and Commercial Registrars has authorized the release of the microdata from the Real Estate Registry Statistics —which includes information on sales, mortgages, and certifications—to researchers through BELab, respecting the principles of confidentiality, anonymization, and exclusive use for scientific purposes. This valuable information reaches researchers thanks to the fruitful collaboration that the Bank of Spain and CORPME have maintained for decades.
