Update of the « Summary of general economic indicators for the euro area»
General economic statistics
The table "Summary of general economic indicators for the euro area” (table SI.2.1
) has been updated with the following new features compared to previous years:
- The series “Export expectations in the coming months (industry survey)” is removed, due to the unavailability of this information in the European Commission’s Business and Consumer Survey, the original source of this information.
- The memorandum item is reordered so that the Gross Domestic Product data and the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices data appear in two different blocks.
