Labour risk prevention

Purpose

Adoption and monitoring of measures to prevent work-related accidents and occupational risks, including the assistance of employees is their professional trips.

Legal basis

Compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject pursuant to Law 31/1995, of 8 November, on Labour Risks Prevention

Consent where the data subject activates his/her device geolocation or uses travel tracking –security assistance services out of the context of a professional trip.

Explicit consent in the event of processing of health data.

Categories of personal data

  • Identification data: Name, surname, ID or passport number, family, image/voice, social security number, personal register number, residence card
  • Contact data: Phone number, e-mail, postal address, emergency contact details
  • Professional and academic data: Professional position, employee number, workplace
  • Economic data: Bank accounts information
  • Personal characteristics data: Nationality, age, date and place of birth
  • Special categories of data: Health data
  • IT data: IP address, session and device ID, IMSI, geolocation
  • Others: details of professional trips

Retention period

Personal data shall be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to allocate any liability arising from said purpose and from the processing of the data.

Security measures

In accordance with the First Additional Provision of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the security measures implemented at Banco de España correspond to those provided for in the National Security Scheme.
