Banco de España carries out exchange and collaboration agreements to promote access to data for researchers through the BELab.
The agreements signed by the Banco de España with other institutions for this purpose are listed below.
Colegio de Registradores de la Propiedad y Mercantiles de España
Agreement for controlled access and restricted or confidential use of the information received from the registers by researchers through the Banco de España's data laboratory
INE, AEAT, SEPE y Social Security organisations
Agreement to provide statistical data from integrating different databases to researchers for purposes of public interest.
Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia
Agreement to make available to researchers the microdata available in the CNMC through the secure infrastructure of the data laboratory of the Banco de España.

Addendum to the Agreement to collaborate in the compilation of official statistics on investment.
Banco de Portugal
Agreement for the exchange of data between their respective data laboratories BPLIM and BELab.
Bizum
Agreement to provide periodic information on transactions carried out through Bizum service.
OEPM
Collaboration agreement to facilitate the research community’s access to granular information on patent and utility model applications filed with the SPTO.
