Operations with credit institutions that are supervised by the DGSFP
Claims and complaints concerning the marketing of insurance and pension funds or plans are not dealt with by the Banco de España Market Conduct and Claims Department, even though they may have been taken out through institutions under the supervision of the Banco de España, but are dealt with by the service set up for this purpose by the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds.
The Claims Service does not therefore deal with the following cases:
- Issues arising from the signing, interpretation or enforcement of insurance contracts.
- Matters concerning pension funds or plans.
- Issues arising from the marketing of insurance contracts or pension plans.
