Career details

1986 Tenured lecturer in the Economy and Finance Department of the School of Economics at the Universidad de Barcelona.
  First director and creator of the Master’s Degree in Health Economics and Health Services Management  (UB, later UPF).
  Visiting Scholar at the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University (US).
1990 to date Elected Member of the Instituto Menorquín de Estudios and of the Instituto Balear de Economía.
1992 to date  Professor in Economics at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra.
  Member of the Editorial Board of “Hacienda Pública Española”.
1992-1995 Vicerrector of Economics and Administration and of Institutional and International Relations of the Universidad Pompeu Fabra.
