The V High-Level Seminar of the Eurosystem and Latin American Central Banks, which took place at Banco de España, Madrid, on December 9th and 10th, 2010, continues the process of fruitful policy dialogue initiated in May 2002. In this edition, the Seminar was devoted to the discussion on global imbalances, financial flows and macroprudential risks, and global policy cooperation.
