Surveys of households and individuals

The Banco de España's surveys of households and individuals form part of the National Statistics Plan.

The Spanish Survey of Household Finances collects information on the financial conditions of households in Spain. Its main purpose is to provide detailed information on the income, assets, debts and spending of Spanish households.

The Survey of Financial Competences, conducted by the Banco de España in conjunction with the National Securities Market Commission, aims to measure the adult population's knowledge and understanding of financial concepts in Spain.
