Members of advertising self-regulation systems

Circular 6/2010Opens in a new window of the Banco de España on the advertising of banking services and products addresses, inter alia, the commercial communication policy of credit institutions and payment institutions, and aims to encourage them to join a duly approved advertising self-regulation body.

In accordance with the provisions of the second subparagraph of paragraph 2 of Rule Three of this Circular, the Banco de España publishes a list of institutions which have notified it that they belong to a self-regulation system, indicating, together with the institutions' names, the name of the body to which they belong and a link to the relevant code of conduct.
