The ECB publishes an annual report on the execution of supervisory tasks assigned to it by the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM) Regulation. Under the accountability and reporting obligations imposed on it by this Regulation, the ECB submits this report to the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission and the Eurogroup. The inter-institutional agreement between the European Parliament and the ECB states that the annual report should include, inter alia, the following:

execution of supervisory tasks,

sharing of tasks with national supervisory authorities,

cooperation with other national or Union competent authorities,
-
separation of supervisory and monetary policy tasks,
-
changes in supervisory structure and staff, including the number and national breakdown of Seconded National Experts,

implementation of the Code of Conduct,
-
method of calculation and amount of supervisory fees,
-
budget for supervisory tasks,
-
experience in the Reporting of violations.
