Customer service information

By prior appointment all premises will offer the usual services to the public (the submission of documents for register, direct-account-related operations and current-account-holder transactions will not require an appointment). Opening hours for these services to the public will be Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you have any issues using the appointment application, please contact us on 913 385 000  from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., mainland hour.
