How to submit a claim to an institution's customer support service

The procedure should begin by filling out a claim document which can be submitted to:

  • The institution's customer support department or service.
  • The institution's ombudsman.
  • Another branch office of the institution that is open to the public, provided that the document is addressed to the customer support department or service .
  • The e-mail address each entity has specifically designated for this purpose.
