What are good banking practices?

Good banking practices are understood as those that, without being imposed by any contractual or supervisory regulation, nor constituting financial practice, can be reasonably required to ensure responsible, diligent and respectful dealings with financial business customers.

Financial practices are defined as the commonly-accepted commercial and banking practices of the place in question.
