Compliance status

These websites are partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018, due to the exceptions and lack of compliance in the aspects indicated below.

Inaccessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

  • Lack of compliance with RD 1112/2018.
    • There may be markup errors on the websites and final documents, although work is being done to improve them. In particular, there may be some errors or limitations in some pages or applications containing images, graphs or complex tables, or in some functionalities of data visualisation tools.

Communications, requests and complaints with regard to accessibility of these websites shall be received and processed by the Governance and Transparency Division of Banco de España.

Application procedure

If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, the person concerned does not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be lodged if a reply has not been received within 20 working days.
