How to make an enquiry?

Enquiries cannot refer to a specific operation with a particular institution, or to the material conditions of operations if these comply with the transparency and customer protection law.

The response will be given based on the information submitted and as such, if a claim based on a specific enquiry is subsequently resolved, it will not be binding on the Claims Service.

Enquiries may be presented either online or by post, and must include:

  • The name and surname or company name, national identification number (DNI) or tax identification code (CIF), address (for notification purposes) and e-mail address, if applicable.
  • The enquiry, in writing, presented in a clear and simple way.

Enquiries are also possible by telephone.
