• What information on financial institutions is accessible through the Banco de España's public registries of institutions?

  The Banco de España registries of institutions contain the identification details of all institutions supervised by the Banco de España, organised by type of entity, alphabetically and by BE Code. They also include a list of foreign credit institutions authorised (since 1992) to operate in Spain without permanent establishment.

  The Banco de España also publishes a registry of agents authorized by the credit institutions and money transfer agencies to carry out certain transactions on their behalf.
