Public consultations of the ESCB

The objective of the public consultations conducted by the European System of Central Banks (ESCB) is to obtain opinions on certain monetary and financial issues studied by the European Central Bank (ECB) and national central banks.

Comments can be sent to the Banco de España in Spanish or English, by e-mail through this page or by any other means. They can also be sent in either language to the addresses given on the announcement of each consultation.

The comments received shall be published, unless they specifically request otherwise, once the deadline for sending them has passed.
