Information to the Banco de España (rule 29 Circular 8/1990 DEROGATED)
All credit institutions have to notify the Banco de España regarding the opening of branches within national territory, as soon as this occurs, as well as changes of address; branch transfers, handovers or closures; as established by Regulation 29 of Circular 8/1990
This information should be sent to the Codification, Shareholders and Branches Unit of the Financial Information and Central Credit Register Department.
